Female Infertility
Endometrial Receptor Gene Assay (ERGA)
One of the major reasons for the recurring pregnancy losses and IVF failures is a disorder occurring in the endometrium which mainly concerns abnormal gene expressions. Now using the procedure Endometrial Receptor Gene Assay (ERGA), it is possible to detect and correct this anomaly. Argenomics houses comprehensive in-house facilities to carry out ERGA. We look for the up-regulation and down-regulation of major genes involved in an endometrial window of implantation. The procedure is basically a personalized embryo transfer, which provides an optimal window of implantation.
Facilitated by next-generation sequencing, ERGA test helps to screen more than 1000 genes involved in implantation.
Nature of Sample: Progesterone + 5 Days Endometrial Sampling via Pipelle Biopsy. Tissue should be placed in the RNA stabilizing solution provided by Argenomics immediately.
HLA matching
There involves a major role as per various studies conducted for the immunologic system in the process of implantation, and in the subsequent maintenance of pregnancy. There is a possibility for couples sharing common HLA alleles to experience recurrent pregnancy loss and RIF. Here, at Argenomics, we assess the HLA genes mainly responsible for implantation failures and strives to provide better management of infertile couples.
